Here is one of my favorite clinets, Asgeir, who has been training with me for 2 years. He's 71 years old. Before he came to me he was in very poor shape. He came to me by doctor's orders. He had high colesterol, high blood pressure, and did little or no exercise. I put him on my "Fred Flinstone" diet. This means, eat a caveman's diet: fish, meat, veggies, fruit, skyr (ask me what that is if you dont know) and nuts. I then saw him 3 times a week for weight training. He came to the gym once a week for cardio on his own, and went swimming as well. He lost close to 50 pounds. His amazing results caught the eye of a well known Icelandic magazine. He is also quoted to say that he was glad to be able to throw away the viagra!! J


I had a cameo on an Icelandic comedy TV show. I dont think you need to understand Icelandic to enjoy it. Its the typical paranoia people feel the first time they go to a gym.
